When we first started TLCC there was one goal in mind, which is feed and treat people how we would want to eat and be treated. Our mantra remains the same to this day. We source the highest quality product because we genuinely enjoy cooking and creating. We form partnerships with sustainable and specialty farmers and companies because we are like minded. We care about the product and more importantly, the people and animals that create it. It’s not just a craft or career, It’s a new look at an old, overlooked industry.

Food has always been at the heart of everything for me; food is culture, food is family, food is connection. Every important decision has been tied to food. That's why at TLCC we aim to create an epic dining experience based on food and ingredients that speak to you. That starts with crafting a menu based on your specific tastes using only the best seasonal, local and sustainable ingredients. By sourcing sustainable ingredients from local small businesses we are supporting our community and our craft. Part of sustainability for us includes partnering with other chefs and offering a platform for voices that are not traditionally heard.

The Lost Cooks Collective is a private dining experience for the dreamers. We focus on artfully crafted dishes, using seasonal, high quality ingredients, with an emphasis on utilizing the whole ingredient.

We believe in highlighting different cultural cuisines of the world and encourage chefs and cooks alike, to join us in collaborations and features for events.

Our drive is not just to serve incredible food, but to bring back the culture to the kitchen. To embrace people through food, by unleashing our creative potentials through our dishes and celebrate each other, together.
