When reserving us for dinners please make sure to note that, when we do love what we do, everyone we employ needs to be paid as well. We kindly expect that, when our job is done that we be paid within 7 days or 7 business days upon completion and to note that after that time, with each day that passes, an additional $50 will be added to original invoice and or contract. This is to ensure that everyone is compensated in a fair and reasonable time frame.
